Only Naomi Campbell can pull off turning community service into a 8+ fashion spread for “W.” You’ll find it in the June edition.
But I’m not mad at her though: She gave the press what they wanted.
The article itself is an interesting read. Campbell discusses her interactions with her fellow workers (”One of my coworkers tells me how he ended up here, which was basically because of alcohol. I bond with him and tell him that I’m in recovery”); her battle with substance abuse (”Some people can handle a drink or a line of cocaine, but I’ve finally come to realize that, for me, it’s all or nothing - and it has to be nothing [...]“); and her pitching arm (”I threw the phone - I threw it, but I didn’t bash it - and that was wrong”)
