Monday musings

Lookin’ good: India Arie. I love the look! The dress is killer, reminds me of the dress Judith Jamison performing “Cry”. India will be in Zurich at Xtra on 16 November. I’m seriously thinking about rocking the reddish brown hair. One con though: It looks really weird when the gray starts growing back.

Soundin’ good: I rediscovered Earth Wind and Fire’s Greatest Hits and promptly transferred to the iPod. This is one of the few albums I can play from beginning to end. Forgot about the classic “Let Me Talk.” Folks on the train to work thought I was wacko when “Sun Goddess” came on. Come on, you hum to it to, don’t ya?

Smellin’ good: Dolce Vita Perfume by Christian Dior. Cedar, sandalwood and cinnamon are fabulous fall-winter scents. The rose top note gives it a romantic touch. Be careful when spraying it on because it is a heavy scent.

    Apparently she’s got back problems. Ah well, next time…
